How to Use These Affirmations
• Morning intention: Read your daily affirmation aloud or silently to set a positive tone.
• Mindful breathing: Pair it with three slow, intentional breaths.
• Journaling: Take a few minutes to note any reflections or feelings that arise.
• Return often: Revisit any affirmation whenever you need a pause or reminder of your strength and self-love.
