Refund policy

While I do not accept returns for change of mind, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the items in your order,  I’ll always do my best to help.

In cases where an item has arrived damaged or is incorrect, to be eligible for a refund, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and include a brief description and clear images of the issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear.

• PayPal and Buy Now, Pay Later refunds typically clear within 2 business days.

• Please note, I do not accept exchanges or cancellations.


The Following Items Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders


Conditions of Return

• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
