Reflection:
Often, we feel we need to “earn” worthiness through achievements, approval, or constant doing. But your worth is not conditional, it simply exists, unshaken, at the core of who you are. This affirmation is a reminder that you don’t need to change, prove, or strive to be worthy.

Mindfulness Practice:
Close your eyes, take three slow breaths, and place a hand over your heart. Repeat the affirmation softly to yourself. With each inhale, breathe in love and peace. With each exhale, release the belief that you must be anything more than you already are.
